Earlier in the day I called a different contractor that came by to look at my HVAC system because it just was not cooling. The service worker recommended that I replace the compressor outside the house, and have work done inside to replace the ducts and the heat pump, basically the whole shebang. I found SG by accident on the web just trying to learn more about HVAC. After posting my dilemma, SG contacted me and came to my house that night and serviced my AC unit. They told me that I may have a leak somewhere in my system, but that Freon was all that I needed. Now with a pregnant wife due in two weeks and funds at low tide, this was very welcome news. Thanks SG, the weight is now lighter."
